There could be a surcharge for non-residents . The <br /> 9 Mayor suggested that a "Resident Only" sign could be <br /> 10 located at the clean up site . <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Urbia advised that no tax dollars were used from the <br /> 13 General Fund for the Clean Up Day . <br /> 14 <br /> 15 5 . Report of- Mayor Rana-llo <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Mayor Ranallo noticed that the sidewalk adjacent to the <br /> 18 Lowry Grove Trailer Court has been dug up and it will be <br /> 19 thirty days before a new one is installed . <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The City Manager advised this timetable is necessary <br /> 22 because the base must dry out . He also noted that <br /> 23 equipment which was too large was used to dig up the <br /> 24 sidewalk . <br /> 25 <br /> The Mayor had concerns regarding safety of the children <br /> in the area . He requested that the Police Department be <br /> 28 aware of the potential safety problems and be alert . <br /> 29 <br /> 30 The Mayor has also noticed people rollerblading on City <br /> 31 streets . He inquired what the City' s liability may be if <br /> 32 one of these people is injured. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The, City Manager will contact the City Attorney for <br /> 35 additional information associated with rollerblading on <br /> 36 City streets and liability . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 D. Report of the City Manager <br /> 39 <br /> 40 1 . AMM Annual Meeting <br /> 41 <br /> 42 The annual meeting of the Association of Metropolitan <br /> 43 Municipalities is scheduled for May 26th.
