Bruce A. Liesch Associates, Inc. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The Council approved payment in the amount of $2,086. 48 to <br /> 15 Bruce A. Liesch Associates, Inc. for professional services <br /> 16 rendered regarding the manganese study. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 E. Verified Claims <br /> 19 <br /> 20 The Council approved the three and one half pages of verified <br /> 21 claims as submitted by the Finance Director. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 7. REPORTS <br /> 0 A. Planning Commission - Auaust 3 , 1993 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Commissioner Faust was in attendance representing the Planning <br /> . 31 Commission . <br /> 32 <br /> 33 1 . School District #282 , Conditional Use Permit Request <br /> 34 <br /> 35 This permit request is for a temporary portable classroom to <br /> 36 be located at Wilshire Park Elementary School . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Commissioner Faust reviewed the request and explained the need <br /> 39 for this portable classroom, the proposed location and the <br /> 40 anticipated two year lease of this facility. It is <br /> 41 significantly less expensive to lease the portable classroom <br /> 42 for two years than for less time. There will be electricity <br /> 43 - and electric heat in the facility but no plumbing. It will be <br /> 44 placed in a location where it will not interfere with the <br /> 45 adjacent soccer fields. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 The Fire Chief and the Public Works Director have looked at <br /> 48 the -proposed location and other considerations for this <br /> 49 classroom and find no problems. <br /> 50 <br />
