Anthony <br /> 8 <br /> 9 The Public Hearing was opened at 8 : 50 p.m. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The City Manager advised this resolution will transfer a <br /> 12 parcel on 27th Avenue to Roger Bona. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion by. Wagner, second by Marks to close the Public Hearing <br /> 15 at 8 : 52 p.m. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to adopt Resolution No. <br /> 20 93-046 being a resolution vacating a portion of First Addition <br /> 21 to the Village of St . Anthony. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 24 <br /> 25 9. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Resolution No. 93-048 ; Re: Receivina Feasibility Study <br /> and Ordering Plans <br /> 29 <br /> 30 - This resolution is regarding 1994 proposed street <br /> 31 improvements. Virgil Hawkins of Maier Stewart & Associates <br /> 32 . advised he is in attendance to answer questions. His firm <br /> 33 prepared the plans . <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager reviewed the, projects as proposed by the <br /> 36 Pavement Management Study. He felt the timelines for these <br /> 37 projects were more beneficial for the City than those for the <br /> 38 1993 street improvements. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 The informational meetings and public hearing would be held in <br /> 41 November; bids would go out in December; bids would be <br /> 42 received in January and would- be awarded . in February. <br /> 43 Construction would begin in May with an August completion. <br /> 4.4 <br /> 45 Councilmember Fleming stated her preference for not adopting <br /> 46 the resolution until the next Council Meeting. Her reason <br /> 47 ' being she would like to concentrate on solving the problems <br /> 48 which have been experienced with the 1993 'street improvements <br /> 49 and were discussed by various -property owners at this Council <br /> 50 Meeting. The Mayor stated he too would like to wait . <br />
