CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 The meeting was called to order at 7 : 00 p.m. and the Pledge <br /> 10 of Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Council present : Mayor Ranallo and Councilmembers Marks, <br /> 15 ' Enrooth, and Fleming. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Absent : Councilmember Wagner. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Staff present : City Manager Burt and Management Assistant <br /> 20 Bellefuil . <br /> 21 <br /> 62 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 11, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 3 <br /> 24 City Manager Burt suggested deletion of Item B under "New <br /> 25 Business" , Minnesota State Aid Reporting, because the City <br /> 26 was still receiving bids from other engineers to supply that <br /> 27 service and that information would be available at the next <br /> 28 Council meeting. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion by Marks and seconded by Fleming to approve the <br /> 31 January 11, 1994 agenda as amended. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimouslx. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 13, 1993 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Fleming and seconded by Marks to approve the <br /> 38 minutes of the December 13 , 1993 Council meeting without any <br /> 39 corrections . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 42 <br /> • <br />
