PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 A. The Brimeyer Group in the amount of$4,286.47 for the City Manager search. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 B. Hance. LeVahn & Desmond.l Inc. in the amount of$2,400.00 for prosecution <br /> 8 services. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 C. Dorsey & Whitney in the amounts of$2,118.00 and $523.80 for legal services <br /> 11 rendered through April 30, 1994. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 D. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates. Inc. in the amount of$7,579.00 for <br /> 14 engineering services relating to the 1994 street improvements. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 E. Progressive Contractor. Inc. in the amount of$4,580.42 for the 37th Avenue <br /> 17 N.E. street rehabilitation project. <br /> 19 F. W. B. Miller in the amount of$24,919.44 for the 1993 street improvement <br /> 20 project. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 G. Verified Claims as submitted by the Finance Director. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A. State Representative McGuire gave her report earlier in the evening. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 B. Representatives of Ramsey County and the engineering firm of Strgar-Rosco- <br /> 31 Fausch, Inc. were present to discuss ponding at the Salvation Army Camp as it <br /> 32 relates to the reconstruction of Silver Lake Road between Silver Lane and <br /> 33 Highway 1694. The Interim City Manager stated the presentation has been <br /> 34 given to the Salvation Army and Ramsey County and concerns drainage of the <br /> 35 north end of County Road E to the ponding area and approval of right-of-way <br /> 36 plans. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 An easel was set up with displays of the Salvation Army Camp. Discussion <br /> concentrated on water quality improvements as far as the area draining into <br /> to Silver Lake. Mr. Newman stated they are proposing to construct an outlet <br /> 41 control structure and there will be good control with the largest of the three <br />
