The Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed with due <br /> 6 to the fact that the American Flag was being used at the polling place. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Morrison, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the Council Agenda for September 13, 1994, <br /> 12 with the following changes: <br /> 13 Under IX.NEW BUSINESS H. add "Discuss Barber Shop Lease". <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 23, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 11WMotion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 23, 1994 Council minutes. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the following licenses: <br /> 20 Contractors License <br /> 21 Advanced Roofing, Inc.,New Hope, MN <br /> 22 Stock Roofing, Inc., Fridley, MN <br /> 23 Wallmaster Home Improvements, St. Paul, MN <br /> 24 Heating Contractors License <br /> 25 Springborn Heating and A/C, Inc., Stillwater, MN 55082 <br /> 26 Multiple Dwelling License <br /> 27 Macalaster Manor/58 Units/Highland Court Management <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br /> 31 A. St. Anthony Fire Relief Association in the amount of$19,114.00 for 2% insurance <br /> premium payment for volunteer fire fighters pension funds. <br /> 33 B. W. B. Miller. Inc. in the amount of$24,316.25 for final payment for 1993 Street <br /> 34 Improvements. <br />
