I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> *2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 OCTOBER 11, 1994 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 Mayor Ranallo welcomed Boy Scout Troop #153 who were observing the City Council meeting <br /> 8 to earn their Citizenship badges. They had also been given a tour of the Community Center. <br /> 9 II. ROLL CALL <br /> 10 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 11 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 11, 1094 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 13 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the October 11, 1994 Council Agenda with the <br /> 14 following changes: <br /> 15 Under IX.NEW BUSINESS, C. add Resolution 94-053, re: Recycling, Hennepin County Grant. <br /> *6 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER27, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the September 27, 1994 Council minutes with <br /> 19 the following changes: <br /> 20 Page 3, Line 30 add, "with the condition that if the amendment is not passed,the base would <br /> 21 have to be removed". <br /> 22 Page 5, Line 3 eliminate the word "is" (not needed). <br /> 23 Page 6, Line 12 add,"if necessary". <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 27 LICENSES <br /> 28 Murphy's Service Center, Inc. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 0 <br />
