Award quotation for the purchase of 1995 road materials and water supplies 2 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to accept the quote for purchase of concrete from 3 Wyatt Ready Mix, to accept the quote for purchase of blacktop from Midwest Asphalt 4 and T.A. Schifski & Sons, to accept the quote for purchase of oil from Koch Materials 5 Company, to accept the quote for purchase of aggregate from Barton Sand& Gravel, and 6 to accept the quote for purchase of water supplies from Water Pro and Davies Water 7 Equipment Company, for recoating and repairing concrete in 1995. 8 Motion carried unanimously. 9 Ranallo directed City Manager to check when the repairs of snowplow digouts in the lawns in 10 front of homes will begin. 11 C. Resolution 95-032, re: Call for a Public Hearing on Tax Increment Financing 12 Amendments. 13 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 95-032, Relating to 14 Redevelopment Plans, Redevelopment Projects, and Tax Increment Financing Plans of 15 the Housing and Redevelopment Authority; Calling for a Public Hearing on Amendments thereto. Motion carried unanimously. 18 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 19 A. Ordinance 1995-003, re: Mayor and Councilmember salaries ( 2nd readingI 20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance 1995-003, 21 relating to Mayor and Councilmember Salaries, amending Chapter 2, Section 200.12, 22 Subds. 1 and 2 of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. 23 Motion carried unanimously. 24 B. Ordinance 1995-004,re: Hours of Operation for Sale of Alcoholic Beverages , 2nd 25 reading . 26 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance 1995-004, 27 relating to hours of operation for the sale of alcoholic beverages, deleting section 28 1000.08(c) of the St. Anthony 1993 Code of Ordinances. 29 Motion carried unanimously.
