CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.,followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 9, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve the May 9, 1995 Council Agenda with the <br /> 12 following changes: <br /> 13 Under VII. REPORTS, add 4. Consider Contract with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br /> 14 Administration Building Codes and Standards Division. <br /> 15 Under X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS, B. remove "Adult uses" replace with "Sale of Alcoholic <br /> 16 Beverages". <br /> 07 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 25, 1995 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 25, 1995 Board of Review minutes as <br /> 20 presented. <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 APPROVAL OF APRIL 25, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 23 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the April 25, 1995 City Council minutes as <br /> 24 presented. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 28 Garbage Haulers: <br /> 29 Vasko Rubbish Removal Inc., St. Paul, MN <br /> 30 Walter's Rubbish, Circle Pines, MN <br /> 31 Aagard Environmental, Eagan, MN <br /> Contractors License <br /> 3 Silvertree Services Inc., Mpls., MN <br /> 34 Sign Art Company Incorporated, Mendota, MN <br /> 35 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
