Award quotation for the purchase of a new chipper. <br /> 7 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to award the quotation for the purchase of a new <br /> 8 chipper to ArborQuip as per staff recommendation. <br /> 9 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 11 A. Ordinance 1995-003, re: Mayor and Council Salaries (3rd reading,Z <br /> 12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the 3rd reading and adopt Ordinance 1995-003, <br /> 13 relating to Mayor and Councilmembers Salaries, amending Chapter 2, Section 200.12, Subds. 1 <br /> 14 and 2 of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 'P6 B. Ordinance 1995-004. re: Sale of Alcoholic Beverages ( 3rd reading). <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the 3rd reading and adopt Ordinance 1995-004, <br /> 18 relating to hours of operation for the sale of alcoholic beverages, deleting section 1000.08(c) of <br /> 19 the St. Anthony 1993 Code of Ordinances. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 XI.
