City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> • June 27, 1995 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 1 Michelle Lewis, Lowry Grove Mobile Park, asked what type of redevelopment the City <br /> 2 was interested in. She also asked if there would be a change in the zoning ordinance for <br /> 3 Lowry Grove Mobile Park. <br /> 4 Ranallo indicated currently there was the Arnold Development and redevelopment at the <br /> 5 Village Commons. He stated they hoped to redevelop the American Monarch building. <br /> 6 He indicated there may be a zoning change in the Lowry Grove area. At the current time, <br /> 7 funds have been set aside to install a holding pond in that area. <br /> 8 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to close-the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. <br /> 9 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 95-041, approving master <br /> 12 modification to redevelopment plans and tax increment financing plans and making <br /> 13 findings with respect thereto. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> aB. Resolution 95-042. re: Amending Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Financing <br /> 16 Plan for District#2. Ramsey County, <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve Resolution 95-042, approving 1995 <br /> 18 amendment to redevelopment plan Project No. 2 (Ramsey County) and the tax increment <br /> 19 financing plan for tax increment financing District No. 2. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 22 A. Award Bid for Sewer Repairs on 33rd Avenue N.E. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the quotation from Insituform for <br /> 24 $21,700.00 to install a liner in the 536 feet of sewer on 33rd Avenue N.E. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 B. Resolution 95-040. re: Operating Agreement with a Food Service Management <br /> 27 Consultant at the Stonehouse Restaurant. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve Resolution 95-040, approving an <br /> 29 Operating Agreement and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said <br /> 30 Agreement. <br /> - Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 32 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br />
