CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager and William Soth, City Attorney. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 13, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the February 13, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 23, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the January 23, 1996 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> 17 as presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 21 Heating License: <br /> 22 E.L.K. Mechanical Inc., Ramsey, MN (working at the Arbors) <br /> 23 B & M Heating A/C, Andover, MN (working at 3128 Old Highway 8) <br /> 24 O'Brien Sheet Metal, Minneapolis, MN (working at Firestone) <br /> 25 Metropolitan Mechanical, Minneapolis, MN (working at 3015-37th Avenue NE) <br /> 26 Ray N. Welter Heating, Minneapolis, MN (working at 2800 Roosevelt Street) <br /> 27 Abatec Mechanical Inc., Bloomington, MN (working at 3232 Old Highway 8) <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the temporary 3.2 beer and wine permit for <br /> 30 Villagefest Committee, Central Park, August 3, 1996. <br /> 31 Voting on the motion: <br /> 32 Aye: Enrooth, Faust, Ranallo, and Wagner <br /> Nay: Marks <br /> 34 Motion carried. <br />
