City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> • February 13, 1996 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 1 There was Council consensus to schedule a joint work session with the School Board for <br /> 2 either March 18, April 2 or April 8, 1996. <br /> 3 Morrison reported the March 5 work session.has been rescheduled to March 6, 1996 due <br /> 4 to precinct caucuses. The meeting will start at 6:00 P.M. with the goal setting consultant <br /> 5 and go to work session format at 7:00 P.M. <br /> 6 E. City Attorney,re: Report on Schnitzer Iron& Metal Company <br /> 7 City Attorney Soth noted the matter of Schnitzer Iron& Metal Company involves <br /> 8 potential litigation and he recommended discussing this in closed session. <br /> 9 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 10 A. Resolution 96-016. re: Appoint City Prosecuting Attorney Firm. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to adopt Resolution 96-016, appointing the law firm <br /> 12 of Foster, Ojile, Wentzell & Brever as the City of St. Anthony Prosecuting Firm at a fee <br /> 13 not to exceed$2,600.00 per month. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Resolution 96-017. re: Facility Usage for the City Hall/Community Center. <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to adopt Resolution 96-017, regarding approving <br /> 17 procedures, rules, and rental fees relating to usage of the St. Anthony City <br /> 18 Hall/Community Center. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 C. Resolution 96-018, re: Call for Public Hearing Relating to Chandler Place. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to adopt Resolution 96-018, regarding calling for a <br /> 22 public hearing on March 12, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall on the issue of <br /> 23 multifamily housing refunding revenue bonds for Chandler Place. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 D. Ordinance 1996-001. re: Amend Sewer and Water Ordinances( 1 st Reading). <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to accept the first reading of Ordinance 1996-001, <br /> 27 relating to minimum charges for sewer and water services, amending Sections 605.05 and <br /> 28 610.03 of the St. Anthony 1993 Code of Ordinances. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor Ranallo recessed the Regular City Council meeting at 8:06 P.M. for the HRA meeting, to <br /> be followed by the closed session previously recommended by City Attorney Soth. <br />
