CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager and Jerry Gilligan, City Attorney. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the April 23, 1996 Council Agenda with the <br /> 12 following changes: <br /> 13 Under IX. New Business, after Item B. Recess the City Council Meeting and Call to Order the <br /> 14 HRA Meeting. Upon Adjournment of the HRA Meeting Reconvene the Regular City Council <br /> 15 Meeting. <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 9 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 9, 1996 Council minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 21 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the following licenses: <br /> 22 Contractors License: <br /> 23 Rayco Construction Company, Columbia Heights, MN/Old Medtonics, Bldg. <br /> 24 Construction Labor Force/dba: Rite-Way Waterproofing, Lino Lakes, MN/Renewal <br /> 25 Heating License: <br /> 26 General Sheet Metal Corporation, Minneapolis, MN/Renewal <br /> 27 Practical Systems, Rogers, MN/Work at 3507 Belden Drive <br /> 28 Garbage Haulers License: <br /> 29 Woodlake Sanitary, Inc., Circle Pines, MN/Renewal <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve a 3.2 Beer Retail Off-Sale License for Fuel <br /> 0 Mart, 3813 Stinson Boulevard/Renewal. <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
