1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 JULY 23, 1996 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 . The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 U. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 23, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 City Manager Morrison advised of an additional request for a 3.2 license beer license and that <br /> 13 Howard and Dorene Krueger have withdrawn their zoning request. <br /> 14 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner, to approve the July 23, 1996 Council.Agenda as revised. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 9, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks, to approve the July 9, 1996 Council minutes with the <br /> 18 following change: <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Page 5, sixth line, revise to indicate: "after which time"instead of"at which time." <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth, to approve the following licenses: <br /> 24 Heating License: <br /> 25 Egan Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Minneapolis, MN/Renewal <br /> 26 Home Energy Center, Plymouth, MN/Renewal <br /> 27 Contractors License: <br /> 28 Dalco Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., Plymouth, MN/re-roof at 2829 Anthony Lane S. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 Motion by Faust, seconded by Wagner, to approve the following licenses: <br /> 31 Temporary 3.2 Beer Park Permit: <br /> Central Park, July 28, 1996, Roxanne Stark/Family Picnic <br /> q3 Jean Volna, August 9, 1996, Jean Volna/Honeywell Company Picnic <br /> 34 Central Park, August 24, 1996, Richard Pfeiffer/Fire Department <br />
