CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent:None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 13, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the August 13, 1996 Council Agenda with the <br /> 13 ' following change: <br /> 14 Under V. License/Permits/Petitions, Garbage Haulers License,Randy's Sanitation: replace <br /> 15 "Residential" with"Recycle". <br /> 16 <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 23, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the July 23, 1996 Council minutes with the <br /> 20 following change: <br /> 21 Page 2, Line 29: replace"Howard and Dorene Krueger"with"C. William & Susan Lutterman": <br /> 22 Motion carried.unanimously. <br /> 23 V.
