City Manager Mornson will provide <br /> 5. Councilmembers with a list of garbage haulers and a copy of the current City Ordinance. <br /> 6 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Temporary 3.2 Beer Park Permit: <br /> 9 Motion by Enrooth, second by Faust to approve a temporary 3.2 Beer Permit Central Park, <br /> 10 September 8, 1996 for the Village Originals. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Voting on the Motion: <br /> 13 Aye: Enrooth, Faust, Wagner, and Ranallo <br /> 14 Nay: Marks <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion carried. <br /> VII. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> -18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 19 A. Berkley Risk Services. Inc. in the amount of$1,159.68 for Claim No. 11005118, Patricia <br /> 20 McQuarry. <br /> 21 B. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$1,376.56 for legal services rendered through June <br /> 22 30, 1996. <br /> 23 C. Foster, Ojile. Wentzell & Brever in the amount of$2,600.00 for professional services <br /> 24 rendered for the month of August 1996. <br /> 25 D. 4 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 26 There was Council consensus to discuss the professional services of Foster, Ojile, Wentzell & <br /> 27 Brever at the next work session. <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 VIII. REPORTS. <br /> 30 A. Councilmembers. <br /> 31 Councilmember Wagner reported his attendance at the St. Anthony Merchants <br /> 32 Association meeting. Their Crazy Day Sale will begin on Wednesday and will include a <br /> 33 free kiddie carnival on Saturday, August 17, 1996. The library will hold a book sale on <br /> 34 Saturday in conjunction with this event. <br /> Wagner reported the current librarian, Jeff, has been promoted to the Ridgedale Library. <br /> 36 He will be replaced by Rachel who has formerly worked in the Hennepin County Library <br />
