CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 1.0 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 8, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the October 8, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 24, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the September 24, 1996 Council minutes with <br /> 0 1 the following changes: <br /> 18 Page 9, Line 9: Replace "selected"with"started the process of selecting". <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 22 Heating Licenses: <br /> 23 G R Mechanical, Rogers, MN/CUB Foods <br /> 24 Comfort Mechanical, Brooklyn Park, MN/working at 4021 Silver Lake Terrace <br /> 25 Contractors License: <br /> 26 Specialty Systems, Inc., Burnsville, MN/working at Herberger's <br /> 27 Hartman Excavating, Inc., Victoria, MN/working at Gross Golf Course <br /> 28 Motor Vehicle Starting License: <br /> 29 St. Anthony "66" Service (1-Vehicle) <br /> 30 Sroga's Automotive Services, Inc.
