CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Morrison. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 111. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the November 26, 1996 Council Agenda with <br /> 13 the following change: <br /> 14 Under V. Claims add: F. 4 Pages of Verified Claims <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 12, 1996 Council minutes with <br /> 19 the following change: <br /> 20 Page 5,Line 2: remove"Councilmember Faust and Marks"and replace it with <br /> 21 "Councilmembers Faust, Marks, Wagner and City Manager Mornson". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 24 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following license: <br /> 25 Contractors License: <br /> 26 C.F. Haglin& Sons, Inc., Edina, MN/working at Cash Register Sales <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 31 A. Stuart J. Bonniwell. Certified Public Accountant in the amount of$3,850.00 for <br /> 32 professional services rendered and in the amount of$1,700.00 for professional services <br /> rendered. <br /> 46 B. Calgon Carbon Corporation in the amount of$35,457.60 for F300 Bulk, in the amount of <br /> 35 $17,942.40 for F300 Bulk, and in the amount of$17,497.40 for F300 Bulk. <br />
