Planning Commission -November 19. 1996.
Commissioner Rosemary Franzese was present to report on the items addressed at the
November 19, 1996 Planning Commission Meeting.

1. Thomas Brama, for 3216 - 32nd Avenue N.E., Lot Width Variance Request.
Commissioner Franzese reported Thomas A. Brama,potential buyer of 3216 - 32nd
Avenue N.E., was requesting a R-1 lot width variance of 7 lineal feet. Mr. Brama
currently lives in New Brighton and grew up in St. Anthony. His children currently
attend the 4282 School District. He is proposing to build a handsome house on the lot.
The variance is required because this currently is a non-conforming lot. The ordinance
requires a 75 foot width and the width is only 68 feet wide. The proposed structure will
not require any variances for setbacks. Commissioner Franzese stated the proposal was
in conformance with lot coverage requirements and that Mr. Brama plans to start
construction as soon as possible.
Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve a lot width variance request of 7 lineal feet
for Thomas A. Brama, for property located at 3216 - 32nd Avenue N.E. based on the
findings of the Planning Commission.
Motion carried unanimously.
