CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:19 P.M. immediately following adjournment of the Truth in <br /> 6 Taxation Public Hearing. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Morrison, Finance Director Roger Larson, Management- <br /> 10 Assistant Kim Moore-Sykes, Public Works Director Larry Hamer, and Liquor Operations <br /> 11 Manager Mike Larson. <br /> 12 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 13 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 4, 1,996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 14 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the December 4, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 15 presented. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> ARE DEFERRED UNTIL THE NEXT REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED <br /> FOR DECEMBER. 18, 1996. <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS -None. <br /> 22 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claim: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A. 1 page of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 29 A. Councilmembers. <br /> 30 Councilmember Wagner reported his attendance at the St. Anthony's Merchants meeting today. <br /> 31 They will be having a free sleigh ride on Friday, December 20, 1996 from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. <br /> 32 There are no advance reservations and the sleigh rides will be starting in front of All Star Travel. <br /> 33 The sleigh will be larger this year, seating up to twenty people, so more people will be able to <br /> 34 enjoy this event. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 B. Mayor. <br /> Mayor Ranallo reported he and three other Councilmembers had attended the public meeting <br /> hosted by Ramsey County in regard to the 37th Avenue Bridge Project at Apache Plaza on <br /> 39 December 3, 1996. Ramsey County sent notice to 120 residents in the area who are directly <br /> 40 affected by this project. Of the 120 residents noticed, only three families attended the meeting. <br /> 41 Mayor Ranallo noted Ramsey County made a good presentation and will now begin bridge <br />
