ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson, Liquor Operations Manager Mike Larson, and <br /> 10 City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 11 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 18, 1996 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the December 18, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 14 presented. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 1996 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 18 MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 26, 1996 Regular City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes with the following change: <br /> 21 Page 6, Line 21: remove"Sandbee"and replace with"SANBE". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 4, 1996 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 24 MINUTES. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the December 4, 1996 Regular City Council <br /> 26 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 VI. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 29 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 30 Contractors License: <br /> 31 Belair Builders, Inc.,New Brighton, MN/working at Unocal 76 Station <br /> 32 DeMars Signs, Inc., Coon Rapids, MN/working at St. Anthony Shopping Center <br /> 33 Heating License: <br /> 34 Airco Heating & Air Conditioning, Columbia Heights, MN/bidding in a furnace <br /> 35 replacement <br /> 0 Fireplace Showroom, Osseo, MN/working at 3317 Wendhurst Avenue N.E. <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
