City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> • January 28, 1997 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 1 Wagner suggested the Council consider what the center corridor area should be named prior to it <br /> 2 being named by default. Mayor Ranallo concurred and requested the Council give this some <br /> 3 thought for future discussion. <br /> 4 Mornson noted the first Comprehensive Plan Task Force meeting is scheduled for tomorrow <br /> 5 night with Councilmembers Wagner and Faust on that committee. He distributed meeting notes <br /> 6 from the joint meeting held between the Council and Planning Commission and advised letters <br /> 7 were sent to all churches and organizations but, as yet, no one has responded. . <br /> 8 Momson noted the need to develop a Stormwater Management Plan and--advised that proposals <br /> 9 were sent to various engineering firms. <br /> 10 Mornson advised the Council of the Larry Beach project which proposes seven townhomes and <br /> 11 will involve three public hearings. <br /> 12 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 13 A... . .Ordinance 1997-0001. re: Minimum setbacks and signs in shopping centers (1st reading, <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve 1 st reading of Ordinance 1997-0001, <br /> 15 relating to minimum setbacks and signs in shopping centers. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 Mayor Ranallo introduced Peter Habenczius from Hungry who will.enroll At St. Johns College to <br /> 18 become a priest. <br /> 19 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS -None. <br /> 20 XI.
