I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 3 APRIL 8, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 6:32 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by 6 Mayor Ranallo. 7 II. ROLL CALL. 8' Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth (arrived at 6:40 P.M.), Wagner, and Faust. 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. 11 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 8, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the April 8, 1997 Regular Council Meeting 13 Agenda as presented. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 IV. APPROVAL OF MARCH 25, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. 16 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the March 25, 1997 Regular Council Meeting Minutes as presented. -18 Motion carried unanimously. 19 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. 20 Motion by Wagner, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: 21 Contractors License: 22 Suburban Lighting Inc., Stillwater, MN/renewal 23 Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, Minneapolis, MN/renewal 24 Copeland Building Corporation, Bloomington, MN/renewal 25 Motion carried unanimously. 26 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 27 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: 28 29 A. BRW, Inc. in the amount of$10,410.67 for professional services rendered February 1, 30 1997 through March 21, 1997 for St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan Update. 31 B. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$2,771.60 for legal services rendered through 32 February 28, 1997. 33 C. Moody's Investor Service in the amount of$3,000.00 for professional services in J&4 regard to purchase of$690,000 St. Anthony, MN, General Obligation Bonds. 35 D. Sprin sg ted in the amount of$11,033.32 for services preliminary to the issuance of 36 $690,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1997A.
