WSB Storm Water Management Informational Meeting - April 29, 19.97 at <br /> 6 7:00 P.M. <br /> 7 Morrison noted this will be a Public Informational meeting in regard to the Storm <br /> 8 Water Management Plan required as part of the Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> 9 10. Comprehensive Plan Meeting - April 29, 1997 <br /> 10 Mornson noted the meeting will begin at 7:30 P.M. rather than 8:00 P.M. Dan Solar <br /> 11 will be speaking at 7:30 P.M. in regard to the bridge project and Jay Scott will be <br /> 12 speaking at 8:00 P.M. in regard to development at Apache Plaza. <br /> 13 11. Tollefson Update <br /> 14 Mornson reported the City is close to a closing date on this property. <br /> 15 12. Employee Recognition - April 10, 1997 <br /> Mornson noted the Employee Recognition Luncheon is scheduled for April 10, 1997 at <br /> 0 12:30 P.M. <br /> 18 13. Building Inspector Process <br /> 19 Mornson reported Staff is currently considering whether to hire a consultant or to hire <br /> 20 a part-time building inspector jointly with another City. Staff is talking with New <br /> 21 Brighton and Columbia Heights and will return with a recommendation in July. <br /> 22 14. Warren Rolek Meeting - April 15, 1997 <br /> 23 Mornson reported he will be meeting with Warren Rolek to discuss the joint election. <br /> 24 The City will be running the election and will propose a 50/50 fee split. The School <br /> 25 District has taken the furniture from the old building that they feel they can utilize. <br /> 26 The remaining furniture will be auctioned by the Band Boosters next week. <br /> 27 The Fire and Police Departments will be using the building for practice drills until it is <br /> 28 demolished. <br /> 29 Mayor Ranallo suggested use of the building for this purpose be offered to the cities of <br /> 30 New Brighton and Columbia Heights. <br /> 31 15. Falcon Heights/Lauderdale - April 16, 1997 <br /> 32 Mornson reported a meeting with the Police Chief and Staff of Falcon Heights and <br /> Lauderdale is scheduled for April 16, 1997. <br /> 34 16.
