APPROVAL OF AUGUST 12, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 12, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda with the following changes: <br /> 14 Under VII. C. Mayor add: 1. Comments by Mary Bower. <br /> 15 Under VII. D. City Manager add: 1. Comments by Dennis Cavanaugh. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 22, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the July 22, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> 20 Meeting Minutes with the following change: <br /> 21 On page 5, Line 16: Replace "Hennepin" with "Ramsey". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 24 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the following licenses: <br /> 25 Contractors License: <br /> 26 Floyd E.
