1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 4V3 NOVEMBER 25, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by 6 Mayor Ranallo. 7 II. ROLL CALL. 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Wagner, and Faust. 9 Also Present: Acting City Manager Kim Moore-Sykes. 10 Councilmembers Absent: Enrooth. 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 25, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the November 25, 1997 Regular Council 13 Meeting Agenda with the following change: 14 Under VII. B. Add: 1. Consideration of Sister City Proclamation. 15 Motion carried unanimously. 16 IV. APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING MEETING MINUTES. A. October 28, 1997 Regular Council Meeting OF8 B. November 10, 1997 Recount - Canvassing Board Meeting 22 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the October 28, 1997, Regular Meeting 23 Minutes; November 4, 1997,.
