Marks voted naye. Motion carried. 15 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: 17 18 A. General Operations: 19 1. Berkley Risk Services, Inc. in the amount of $1,506.50 for Claim #11013192. 20 2. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$2,152.00 for legal services rendered 21 through September 30, 1997. 22 3. Foster, Ojile, Wentzell & Brever in the amount of$3,000.00 for professional 23 services rendered for November, 1997. 24 4. Ramsey County in the amount of$2,781.26 for St. Anthony's final share of 25 traffic signals and interconnect on Silver Lake Road at County Road D and 26 inspection. 27 B. Road Improvements: 28 1. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. 29 A. In the amount of$1,316.81 for professional services rendered from 30 September 28 to November 1, 1997 for 1997 Street/Watermain 31 Improvements - Construction. 32 B. In the amount of$26,300.02 for professional services rendered from 33 September 28 to November 1, 1997 for 1998 Street Improvements - 34 Design and Bidding. C. In the amount of$3,187.16 for professional services rendered from 6 September 28 to November 1, 1997 for 33rd Avenue Design.
