Repainting and rehabilitation of a <br /> 4 tower is between$50,000 and $100,000. Mr. Moberg explained that as part of the restoration <br /> 5 process he would like the City to be involved in the color selection. The water tower is a visible <br /> 6 landmark. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Motion by Thuesen, second by Cavanaugh to authorize RCM to provide an engineering report in <br /> 9 regard to the restoration of the City's water tower in the amount of$4,800. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 D. Resolution 98-030, re: Sump Pump Inspection Services. <br /> 14 Motion by Cavanaugh, second by Marks to approve Resolution 98-030, approving WSB & <br /> 15 Associates, Inc. to perform sump pump inspection services. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> Ordinance 1998-005, re: Water Rates ( 2nd Reading <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance 1998-05, relating to <br /> 22 water rate, amending Section 610.02 of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Cavanaugh asked how the City of St. Anthony water rates compared to those of other <br /> 25 communities. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Morrison stated he would check with the Finance Director. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 XI.
