APPROVAL OF MAY 12, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the May 12, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 40 Minutes as presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V.
