CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 9 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 10 Also present: City Manager Mike Mornson, City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 24, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the November 24, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda with the following change: <br /> 14 <br /> 15 IX. New Business, Item B. Consider change order for Silver Point Park project. Todd Hubmer, <br /> 16 WSB, Inc. will be present. City Manager Mike Mornson and City Attorney William Soth <br /> 17 advised this portion of the meeting would be closed and audiotaped as it involves legal issues. <br /> �18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 409 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 10, 1998 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 20 MINUTES. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the November 10, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 22 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 27 Contractors License: <br /> 28 Northland Fire Protection, Minneapolis, MN/working at St. Charles church <br /> 29 Carlson-LaVine, Inc., Minneapolis, MN/working at Firstar Bank <br /> 30 Rayco Construction, Columbia Heights, MN/working at Walter R. Hammond Company <br /> 31 Heating_License: <br /> 32 Guyer's Builders Express, Plymouth, MN/working at 3000-36th Avenue NE <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 34 VI.
