City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> December 7, 1998 <br /> • Page 4 <br /> 1 Mornson stated Richard Krier is continuing his work on a proposal for the revitalization of St. <br /> 2 Anthony Shopping Center, and he has submitted a draft report on his vision for the center. He <br /> 3 proposed that the Council meet with Krier at the first worksession in January 1999 to discuss the <br /> 4 issue. <br /> s. <br /> 6 Mornson reported the bid opening for next year's street project is scheduled for December 10, <br /> 7 1998. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Mornson reported he will attend a December 15, 1998 meeting with Ken Lockesmoe of the DNR <br /> to to discuss the additional $1 million in funding promised to the City,and to begin discussions <br /> 11 with regard to additional funding in the 1999 legislative session. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 VIII. PUBLIC HEARINGS-None. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 16 A. Ordinance 1998-012, re: Political signs (1st reading). <br /> 17 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the first reading of Ordinance 1998-012, an <br /> 18 ordinance relating to signs, amending Section 1400.08, Subd. 1 of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of <br /> 19 Ordinances. <br /> 0 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> .22 <br /> 23 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS -None. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 XI.
