Reports, before Councilmembers Reports, Presentation by Diana Roadfeldt. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 01 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 13, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the April 13, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 27 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 V.
