APPROVAL OF JULY 27, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the July 27, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda with the following addition: <br /> 14 VII. Reports, Item B. Planning Commission Meeting Report to be given after IX. New Business, <br /> 15 Item B due to the late arrival of Dick Krier. <br /> IX. New Business, Item D. Designation of Councilmembers to attend National Night Out Block <br /> Parties <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 13, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the July 13, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 21 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V.
