Marks voted nay. 11 Motion carried. 12 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 46 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: 14 A. Legal/Prosecutions: 15 1. Foster, Wentzell, Hedback& Brever in the amount of$3,000.00 for professional 16 services rendered. 17 B. Flood Mitigation: 18 1. Evergreen Land Services Co. in the amount of. 19 a. $120.00 for service and expense from June 1, 1999 through June 18, 1999. 20 b. $180.00 for service and expense from June 19, 1999 through June 30, 21 1999. 22 C. Auditing Services: 23 1. Stuart J. Bonniwell, CPA in the amount of: 24 a. $8,000.00 for professional services rendered with regard to the audit of the 25 financial statements of the City of St. Anthony for the year ended 26 December 31, 1998. 27 b. $4,000.00 for professional services rendered with regard to the Liquor 28 Fund portion of the audit and preparation of the financial statements of the 29 City of St. Anthony for the year ended December 31, 1998. 30 D. 1998 Water Main, Street& Storm Sewer Improvements: 31 1. Forest Lake Contracting Inc. in the amount of$40,710.65 for work accomplished 32 through June 30, 1999 with regard to the 1998 Watermain, Street and Storm 33 Water Improvements. E. 2 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director.
