APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 12, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the October 12, 1999 Regular City Council Meet- <br /> 18 ing Minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the following Heating License Renewal, Con- <br /> 22 tractors License, and Motor Vehicle Starting License: <br /> 23 Heating License (Renewal): <br /> 24 Modern Heating & Air Conditioning, Minneapolis, Minnesota <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Contractors License: <br /> 27 Jensen Brothers Roofing, St. Anthony, Minnesota, working at 2505 W.
