REPORTS. <br /> 30 A. Proclamation Declaring Builders Club Week. <br /> 31 Mayor Ranallo introduced Mr. Dale Gunderson and invited him to address the Council. Mr. <br /> 32 Gunderson began by thanking the City Council for inviting members of the Builders Club to the <br /> 33 meeting, and for consideration of the proposed Proclamation. <br /> 34 Mr. Gunderson stated that he is a member of the Kiwanis organization and Chairman of the <br /> 35 Youth Committee. The Kiwanis is implementing focus on youth by sponsoring service clubs <br /> 36 within various parts of the schools, including elementary schools, middle schools,high schools, <br /> 37 and college. The Builders Club is designated for the middle school and the Kiwanis <br /> �8 organization, in sponsoring the Club, assists in identifying service projects and in managing the <br /> 1j Club. Mr. Gunderson continued by stating that there are approximately 50 members and the <br />
