City Attorney William Soth noted that,.although the Council
6 would be aware, it would be in the best interest of the City not to make those figures public.
7 Morrison noted that Staff has been requested to obtain a consultant.to.review the investment poli-
s cies of the City. Horst com-
18 mented that Mr. Thomas has been very informative and helpful in learning about potential grants.
19 The input the Planning Commission was looking for from the Council was approval for the
20 Commission to look further into the grants. There have been some developments in the legisla-
27 tore since then, and the City will have an opportunity to decide whether or not to participate in
28 the levy.
29 Sparks expressed some ideas about making the Community Center more inviting to individuals.
30 She noted that Public Works Director Jay Hartman is working with someone to bring in ideas
and propose a committee to enhance the Community Center.
