CLEAR agrees to provide the <br /> following services: <br /> Codification of the currently existing ordinances <br /> for $5,488. This is based on an estimate of 196 <br /> • hours of work, including travel time for two trips <br /> to St. Anthony, at a rate of $28 per hour. <br /> (1) Drafting of the code of ordinances, a table or <br /> tables of contents, and an index. <br /> (2) Consultation with your City Attorney regarding <br /> any suggested changes or new ordinances he or <br /> we may recommend. <br /> (3) Preparation of any new ordinances, based upon <br /> models or specimens in League files, to update or <br /> replace existing ordinances. <br /> (4) Consultation with your City -Attorney regarding <br /> his comments and suggestions on the drafts prepared <br /> by us. <br /> (5) Revisions of our drafts as requested by the <br /> City. <br /> Any new material passed after this bid will be <br /> codified at the rate of $28 per hour. The <br /> compensation for our attendance at any Council <br /> meetings in excess of two will also be $28 per <br /> hour,. plus mileage and preparation time. <br /> Any updates you would like will be done at $28 per <br /> hour, or our then current rate. <br />
