Phil Oswald of 3204 Croft Drive <br /> 30 spoke in' his own defense regarding complaints of Bernhard <br /> 31 Preussner, 3209 Skycroft Drive, alleging that his dog is a <br /> 32 nuisance . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Mr . Oswald stated that while he was in the proc-ess of <br /> 35 building an outdoor kennel for their dog his dog was left <br /> 36 outside and did bark, but that he and his wife were not <br /> 37 aware that the dog was barking because they were at work . <br /> 38 Mr. Oswald related that he had arrived home from work one <br /> 39 day to discover Mr . Preussner yelling at the dog to be <br /> 40 quiet . Mr . Preussner yelled at Mr . Oswald on two occasions <br /> 41 on that same day regarding the dog, swore at him once, and <br /> 42 threatened to silence the dog with a shotgun once . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mr. Oswald stated that his dog has been kept in the garage <br /> 45 since the incident with the exception of one day when the <br /> 46_ door between the garage and the outside kennel was <br /> 47 inadvertently left open .
