Permitted Accessory Uses <br /> Within an R-1 A Residence District, the following uses shall be permitted subject to <br /> the following and to the provisions of Section 12: <br /> 1. Private garages, parking spaces, accessory buildings, recreational vehicles <br /> and trucks as regulated by section 730:00, Subdivision 2 and 3 of the Code <br /> of Ordinance, City of St. Anthony. <br /> 2. Swimming pools as regulated by Section 335, Code of Ordinance and the <br /> following: <br /> (a) No part of a swimming pool shall be located within 10 feet of any <br /> side lot line and 50 feet from the high water elevation of the lake (the <br /> high-water elevation shall be determined by the Department of <br /> Natural Resources): nor within 10 feet of any principal structure or <br /> frost footing. No swimming pool shall be located in the front yard. ? <br /> The filter unit, pump, heating unit, and any other mechanical <br /> equipment shall be located not less than 25 feet from and adjacent <br /> or nearby neighboring residential structure and not closer that 10 <br /> feet from any side yard lot line and 50 feet from the high water <br /> elevation of the lake. <br /> 3. Tennis Courts <br /> 4. Decorative landscaping features including but not limited to pools, arbors <br /> and terraces. <br /> 5. Lawn, garden, boat houses and utility buildings. <br /> 6. Patios, covered and uncovered porches, gazebos and picnic shelters. <br /> Subdivision 5. Building Height, Lot Area, Bulk and Placement Regulations. <br /> 1. Height-No dwelling hereafter erected.or structurally altered shall exceed the <br /> lesser of two stories or twenty-five feet except as provided within this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 2. Area and Width-No dwelling shall be constructed or place on an interior lot <br /> less than 9,000 square feet in area, or less than 75 feet in width at the <br /> building setback line or on a corner not less than 11,000 square feet in area <br /> or less than 90 feet in width at the building setback line. <br /> 3. Floor Area Ratio-The area ratio within the district shall not exceed 0.3. <br />
