City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> July 26, 1994 <br /> Page 7 - <br /> 1 which could be used for expanded parking. Mr. Rosar indicated he planned on <br /> 2 sodding the area for now. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the request for a conditional <br /> 5 use permit from Karen Rosar for a combination vehicle muffler <br /> 6 installation/repair and installation/repair of vehicle glass shop to be located at <br /> 7 4000 Silver Lake Road, noting that the required plans were included in the <br /> 8 agenda packet, and with conditions as follows: <br /> 9 <br /> 10 1) The hours of operation would be Monday through Friday from 7:00 <br /> 11 A.M. until 9:00 P.M., Saturday from 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. and <br /> 12 Sunday from noon to 5:00 P.M. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 2) The signage be monument style, with no pylons. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 3) Vehicle storage be limited to not more than two vehicles to be stored for <br /> 17 no more than 72 hours outside the building. <br /> 18 <br /> Ito <br /> Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Dennis Cavanaugh from the C. G. Rein Company, owners of Apache Plaza and <br /> 23 landlords of the property discussed, was present but did not speak to the issue. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 XI.
