Resolution 94-044. re: Charges for Special Street Lighting_ <br /> 6 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to adopt Resolution 94-044, Re: Charges for special <br /> 7 street lighting requested by residents on Skycroft Drive. <br /> 8 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 9 D. Resolution 94-046. re: Proposed Tax Levy and 1995 City Budget, <br /> 10 Mayor Ranallo explained that the Council is scheduling a 1995 Budget work session on October <br /> 11 4, 1994, to invite the public to express their opinions. This will allow adequate time before the <br /> 12 first hearing on November 30, 1994,to make changes to the budget. The operating budget, as <br /> 13 proposed,results in an increase of 2.84%. The Street Improvement Budget increase is 2.59%, <br /> 14 resulting in a total increase of 5.43%. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to adopt Resolution 94-046, Re: Proposed tax levy and <br /> 16 1995 City budget. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 E. Resolution 94-047.re: Revocation of Hennepin County State Aid Road Designation on <br /> 19 Stinson'Boulevard, <br /> 20 The City Manager explained that in 1974 the District Court found this part of the road to be <br /> 21 under the jurisdiction of the Minneapolis Park Board and,therefore, lost its MSA designation. <br /> 22 However, the court order was never actually filed. At this time, Hennepin County is asking for a <br /> 23 resolution of concurrence. <br /> 24 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to adopt Resolution 94-047, Re: Revocation of Hennepin <br /> 25 County State Aid Road Designation on Stinson Boulevard. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 F. Ordinance 1994-004. re: Military Leave(1st reading). <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve first reading of Ordinance. 1994-004, Re: <br /> 29 Payment to employees for military leave. <br /> 30 •31 Motion carried unanimously <br />
