Metropolitan Council paperwork on planning and zoning changes. <br /> 11. MPCA permit for sewer work. <br /> 12. Department of Health permit for water work. <br /> 13. Truth in Taxation requirements. <br /> 14. Commercial drivers license drug testing. <br /> 15. Tax increment reporting requirements. <br /> 16. OSHA standards. <br />
