The City has mixed <br /> paper and office paper recycling, along with the other basic items that we require our <br /> residents to recycle. The City returns laser printer cartridges to the manufacturer for reuse. <br /> The-City also purchases paper products through a Hennepin County contract that has <br /> recycled materials content whenever possible. The City has a source reduction plan and <br /> encourages its implementation whenever possible. <br />
