Resolution 99-057, re: Authorize Feasibility Study for 33rd Avenue NE for Street and <br /> 2 Sidewalk Improvements. <br /> 3 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve Resolution 99-057 stating that the proposed <br /> 4 improvement be referred to SEH/RCM for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br /> 5 Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br /> 6 proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best <br /> 7 be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br /> 8 the improvement as recommended. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 C. Resolution 99-058, re: Hennepin County Road Maintenance Agreement. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Resolution 99-058 authorizing the Mayor and <br /> 13 City Manager to sign the Agreement between Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony for <br /> 14 road maintenance services on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 186 D. Resolution 99-059, re: Construction of Traffic Signals at County Road D and Hi hg crest <br /> 7 Road. <br /> 18 Cavanaugh inquired about the expenditures of MSA funding. Morrison reassured Cavanaugh <br /> 19 that funding has been set aside for this project. <br /> 20 Motion by Thuesen, second by Faust to approve Resolution 99-059 approving the plans for the <br /> 21 construction of traffic signals at County Road D and Highcrest Road as submitted by Ramsey <br /> 22 County; and, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Maintenance and Construction <br /> 23 Agreement for said construction on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 E. Resolution 99-060, re: Agreement with Metro Transit Relating? to Bus Stop Signs. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve Resolution 99-060 approving the Joint <br /> 27 Powers Agreement with the Metropolitan Council for Installation, Replacement, and <br /> 28 Maintenance of Bus Stop Signage in the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 F. Resolution 99-061. re: Metropolitan Livable Communities. <br /> 31 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Resolution 99-061 authorizing the City <br /> 32 Council to participate in the Local Housing Incentives Program under the Metropolitan Livable <br /> 03 Communities Act during the calendar year 2000. <br />
