ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 086 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC WORKS <br /> FACILITY, REJECTING ANY AND ALL BIDS FOR BID PACKAGE NO. 2 <br /> WHEREAS, bids were called for bid package no. 2 relating to construction of a Public Works <br /> facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed for said project on September 25, 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. recommended any and all bids be rejected for <br /> Bid Package No. 2. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby rejects any and all bids for Bid Package No. 2 relating to construction of a Public Works <br /> facility, as recommended by Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. in the letter attached hereto. <br /> Adopted this day of 52003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
