ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 087 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION, <br /> 0 <br /> AWARDING THE BID FOR BID PACKAGE NO. 2 <br /> WHEREAS, bids were called for bid package no. 2 relating to construction of a Fire Station; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed for said project on September 23, 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. recommended the bid be awarded to the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for each Bid Division. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby awards the bid for Bid Package No. 2 relating to construction of a Fire Station, as <br /> recommended by Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. in the letter attached hereto. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
