RESOLUTION 80-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH DICK'S SANITARY SERVICE/BROOKLYN <br /> RECYCLING. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue operation of the <br /> St. Anthony Recycling Center, <br /> WHEREAS, proposals for the operation of the center were sought <br /> to replace Metro Recycling Center, Inc. , <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal of Dick's, Sanitary Service/Brooklyn Recycling <br /> is deemed the best responsible proposal received by the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are <br /> hereby authorized to enter into the agreement with Dick' s Sanitary <br /> Service/Brooklyn Recycling, subject to the specified modifications <br /> in the agreement. <br /> Adopted this day of 1980 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST':_ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> Citxf Nanager <br />
