Sell all Recyclable Materials including bi-metal cans, <br /> aluminum, glass bottles and jars of any color, newspapers, and other <br /> recyclable paper products exclusively to Purchaser. Notwithstanding <br /> the above, St. Anthony shall have no obligation to sell to Purchaser <br /> i <br /> and Purchaser shall have no obligation to buy from St. Anthony other <br /> materials received at the depot including but not limited to scrap iron, <br /> used oil, clothing, and appliances. <br /> i <br /> g. Dispose of at St. Anthony's expense materials received at ' <br /> the depot which are not recyclable due to chemical or physical composition <br /> including but not limited to garbage,- plastics, oil cans_, pyrex glass, <br /> and window glass. <br /> 2. Purchaser agrees to: <br /> a. At all times provide a sufficient number of trailers or <br /> suitable containers at the depot for the deposit of Recyclable Materials , <br /> • collected at the depot; <br /> i <br /> b. ' Locate at the depot such trailers or containers as Purchaser <br /> - i <br /> may provide pursuant hereto only in locations from time to time designated ' <br /> . I <br /> by St. Anthony; <br /> i <br /> c. Maintain in suitable repair and .condition all trailers, is <br /> containers. or other epuipment as Purchaser may provide at the -depot; <br /> l <br /> d. d. Empty such trailers or containers and transport all <br /> Recyclable Materials deposited therein from the depot at such times <br /> as St. Anthony shall request; <br /> e.
